Federation of Gujarat Weaver Welfare Association (FOGWA) is formed in 2000 our registration number is F/2396/Surat year 2000. It was formed for the welfare of weaving industry and weavers. Surat has about 6.5 lakh shuttle looms, weaving machines and about 1.2 lakh high speed weaving machines like waterjet weaving machines, rapier weaving machines and air jet weaving machines.
